CareSeekers works with hospitals across the south of England, helping families of self-funding patients find the right care providers.

We receive regular referrals of self-funding patients in hospital needing care. Our knowledgeable Care Consultants liaise with both the hospital discharge teams and patients’ families to ascertain care needs and personal preferences. They then contact the most appropriate care providers to check on availability or capacity at the required time.

Consequently, if you provide good care and meet our clients’ requirements, CareSeekers can introduce them to you.
