CareSeekers is a dedicated team of knowledgeable, sympathetic Care Consultants who quickly find vacancies in appropriate care homes or availability of live-in or visiting care at home for people who are funding their own care.

We have worked with hospital discharge teams across the south of England for over ten years, helping them to support and guide families to the right care. We understand the pressures faced by both hospitals and families when a patient is medically fit to leave hospital but needs care and realise how time-consuming it can be to research that care.

CareSeekers provides a personal, friendly service, offering support throughout the whole process of finding care and a real choice of care providers. By working closely with hospital, family and care providers we ensure that each patient is quickly provided with the most appropriate care options.
